FRIENDS AND FELLOW MISCHIEF MAKERS,
A friendly reminder to swing by Buttercup LA before they close on June 22nd.
Buttercup LA has been the primary home for Kitteh Noir’s canvas works (and now prints!) for over a year now. This little shop, packed with color and character, has blossomed quickly in its time in Sawtelle/Little Osaka - and believe it or not, this entire place has been powered the entire time by two amazing and brilliant individuals, Henry and Mim.
Buttercup has boasted some of the best macarons I’ve ever had in life (with a unique selection of flavors, including durian, cassis, and green tea), along with an array of interesting novelty chocolates (“movie night” popcorn-flavored, ramen-flavored, etc). On top of all that, they support the local art community by carrying a diverse cast of works by LA-based artists.
I urge you to swing by, try some macarons, and witness the artworks that the shop has to offer before it all ends!
** KITTEH NOIR IS NOW SELLING PRINTS AT BUTTERCUP! With the generous help of Henry Chea, I am finally selling prints! There are 7 framed prints available and they’re being sold exclusively at Buttercup. You can own one for $24!
